All contracting work is performed under Florida Certified Building Contractor License #CBC1266857, held by The Pac Companies LLC. Ballistic Window and Door LLC is an affiliate of The Pac Companies LLC.

The Site is used to provide information about our services and to allow potential customers to request a free inspection or estimate. Content on the Site describes the types of work we perform but does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of service availability in any specific area or timeline.

3. Free Inspections and Estimates

We offer free on-site inspections and assessments as a no-obligation service to homeowners. Requesting a free inspection through this Site does not create a contract, guarantee a specific price, or obligate either party to proceed with any work.

Any estimate or assessment provided during or after a free inspection is an approximation based on information available at the time. Final project scope, pricing, materials, and timelines are determined and agreed upon in a separate written contract before any work begins. We make no guarantee that an initial estimate will reflect the final cost of your project.

4. No Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we do our best to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties of any kind — express or implied — about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any information on the Site.

Product warranties on installed impact windows and doors are provided by the respective manufacturers and are separate from these Terms. Installation workmanship warranties are documented in your individual project contract.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ballistic Window and Door LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site, any information provided on the Site, or any communication with us prior to a signed project contract.

This limitation applies whether the alleged liability arises in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).
